What do I do?

I've been seeing a woman now for 5 years off an on. Just recently we, once again, decided to be "off". Six months ago I discovered she was having sex with another man for two years (mind you, we had'nt had sex in those two years) and she's also still in love with her ex-boyfriend. I believe that my choice to stay was not the best but I did it because I "hoped, one day my investment of time and emotion would pay off seeing as how there aren't very many perfect relationships. However, my choice to stay has now plagued me with regret and drama. I still love her and, believe it or not, we really do enjoy doing all the same things together. I'm upset with myself for not pulling the triigger earlier and now I'm reaping all of the low's and depression that come with a break-up. What was I thinking? I did all the work and other men recieved the reward. I'm embarassed to tell my friends about what I've been through but I just want to go on with my life. How do I stop thinking of her?

Answer:
When you do think about her, think about all the stress and pain she caused you for her foolishness. Thinking about that a couple times a day, week, whatever, will drive you away from her. You're clearly not happy even though you enjoy doing things with her. She's more of a friend than a girlfriend. Try not to talk to her. Ignore her and when she does contact you, think about the pain and you don't want to go through that again. After awhile, you'll be free of her. Trust me

you should cut her off completely. change your number, dont answer her calls dont see her at all. you need to get on with your life.i know that its gonna be hard at first, but you need to move on. basically, she is not a nice person and she does not love you.
