Why are illegal aliens above the law and why are cities breaking laws to accommodate them?
Question:
Starting tomorrow, New Haven will offer illegal aliens municipal identification cards that allow access to city services such as libraries and a chance to open bank accounts.
Supporters say the cards will improve public safety and give illegal aliens protections now afforded legal residents. Critics contend that it will unleash a flood of illegal immigration, straining services and wasting taxpayer money.
"Part of the reason they can't open bank accounts is because they don't have forms of identification that were valid and legal.
Two banks have agreed to accept the new city card, which will be offered to all New Haven residents, as legitimate identification sufficient for opening an account.
Elitist groups (suffering from guilt) pandering tio illegals is a symptom of their complete disdain for the US and its citizens.
ACTION ONE Assert your rights. Do this ASAP:
RE: Public officials in government offices (welfare offices, DMV offices, law enforcement offices, etc) who are ignoring illegals and illegal activities are aiding and abetting violations of federal and state laws.
Keep in mind that many states mandate bonding public officials (to protect taxpayers against government fraud).
Aiding and abetting illegal activity seriously impairs a government official's ability to be bonded; violating the terms of getting bonded would necessitate expulsion from a government job.
The following offices should be contacted at once.
(A) Every state has a Dept of Insurance, and an insurance fraud unit, that polices the insurance business.
(B) Every state's Atty General's office should have an Insurance Fraud Prosecutor who should be contacted.
Bonded government officials using tax-funded offices to aid and abet illegal activity should be reported ASAP.
ACTION TWO Now, here's another way to go:
Misusing tax funded government offices AND the proceeds from tax-exempt bonds to aid and abet illegal activities could be prosecuted under criminal laws.
The SEC and IRS do NOT like to hear that tax-exempt funds were misued. Or that tax-exempt investors and bondholders were misled about the proceeds of state/municipal tax-exempt bond rederenda.
The DOJ might also be alarmed.
Now if it were to be found that illegal aliens using fraudulent documents voted on tax-exempt bond referenda (and made taxing decisions for US citizens) that is A SERIOUS CRIME.
Express your concerns (A) about the validity of state and municipal bond referenda, and, (B) whether government offices using tax-exempt monies inappropriately should be prosecuted for criminality.

Answer:
States and cities cannot enforce immigration laws. That's part of the federal immigration laws, I guess Sheriff Joe Arpaio didn't get coragryph's memo on,States and cities cannot enforce immigration laws
A “concentrated crackdown” on illegal immigrants started Friday night in Maricopa County. Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced he’s dispatched more than 200 deputies and posse members to saturate valley cities and roadways known to be corridors for human smuggling.
East Valley hot spots include Bush Highway, U.S. Highway 60 and “any major highway,” said deputy chief Brian Sands
I'm glad they are announcing that they are cities that harbor illegals....NOW I KNOW NEVER TO VISIT THERE.
They THINK they are above the law but they aren't! I have no clue why cities give sanctuary to these criminals!
It's all for the votes and the cheap labor
Problem is, they'll still be benefitting from our federal tax dollars, will receive free medical care courtesy of us paying and insured American citizens, and will retain free use of our infrastructure.
The politicians that support this need to be run out of office. The illegals need to be run out of the country by any means necessary. Any means!
States and cities cannot enforce immigration laws. That's part of the federal immigration laws.
So, if federal immigration agents (ICE) don't come to take people into custody for violation of federal immigration laws, the states and cities are not allowed to hold them if those people are not also facing state criminal charges.
That's the way the law is written. If you want cities and states to be able to enforce federal immigration laws, get Congress to change the federal laws.
It's part of the globalist plan the social engineers in Washington have planned for us.
They are not above the law. When you say cities, what you actully see taking place are special interest groups with ulterior motives.
The only group that can and is willing to stop these groups are the American citizens. Cities that are passing laws that benefit illegals will receive a backlash when other cities do the opposite. Liberal cities and states will ultimately be overrun with illegals.
Georgia is really tough, so watch how they immgrate from there to more lenient states. So do not worry; it will come to a halt one day.
The way you generalize all illegals as murderers and thinking they are above the law is sad on your part. And as for all the people that agree with you I think the same of them. If you want people to be on your side then you are going about it the wrong way. It sounds to me like maybe you've been rejected by someone that might be illegal and you are on this vendetta of hate and prejudice. Get over it and get a life. Have a nice day.
Which is better -- having people here illegally and totally underground, or getting them registered somewhere so we know who they are and where they live? Which is worse, prohibiting an illegal from having a driver's license so they can't get insurance? Or, letting them have one so they CAN get insurance?
Can't you see the positive in something like this? Oh gosh! Tax payers are really going to have to foot a big bill by allowing an illegal alien to check out some books at the library and have a bank account!
Most of the states trying to do something about illegals are doing the right thing. The government wants to ruin the middle class to make it easier to take over this country. There doing a very good job of this and it is a matter of time before you wake up and are no longer in the place you left. Bush has his own agenda and we are just in the way.
