Im Medical Technologist with MBA. need training in Medical billing/coding, EKG & Ultrasound.How do i do it?

I am thinking of opening a lab but would like to incrporate EKG and Ultrasound. I don't need another degree, just some training in performing these two procedures and I don't want to take 10-12 months to do it.

There are a vast number of medical billing software programs available and each includes training when purchased.

EKG's are easily mastered. Most medical assisting schools include this, so you may be able to contact an instructor and pay for specific tutoring in that alone.

Unfortunately, I believe ultrasonography won't be that simple. I think the best place to look for this kind of training will be through a community college. You also might want to see if there is a Keiser school near you. They might offer what you are seeking. If you aren't seeking any designation from them they might let you audit the training.
