I am interested in getting my MBA in Health Care Management, what are your thoughts on this degree?

Question: I currently have a Bachelors in Marketing from a big school, but I am interested in getting my MBA in possibly Health care Management online.
What are your thoughts on this degree?
What possible careers are in this field?
Anybody gotten this, or any other Graduate degree, from U of Phoenix?

Answer:
It is a good degree, but i do not know about online. Most people in the field of education do not respect degrees from on-line. This particular degree, will have ties to Hospitals that are deeply vested by medical schools. The people that would be hirong for the job to work in the hospiatl might not respect that your online Masters degree is worth the paper it is printed on.
