if u hav interest in any science field and want to do some research work then Msc is cool with btech. dont forget u r getin 2 degrees after usin just 1 extra year
Go for 4 yrs, you get degree 1 year earlier. You can then decide if you want to use that 1 extra year to pursue MS or work.
I'd plan for the dual. Odds will show that the 4 year will take 5 years for most people anyway to complete. The extra classes also give you exposure to other areas of similar technologies, further helping you to figure out what you want to do with your degree.
