Definitely abroad. Most of the top business schools are not in India. For instance, Wharton, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, etc. are in the United States. London School of Economics is in England. Tokyo University is in Japan. You get the point.
Abroad. It'll allow you more options as you'll have a better chance of finding a job in that country after graduating. If you choose to return to India, a foreign MBA carries a lot of prestige as well as the fact that your fluency in whatever the language is of the country you choose to study as will be a major benefit.

Abroad is definitely much better. It sort of covers up your loss if you couldn't reach the top most college but had to go to some lower ranked one.
