One more thing... You may have a hard time even getting an interview being so far away. Vegas is a very transient city so companies are wary of anyone who hasnt set down roots in town. I ran into this quite a bit when I was looking despite a strong resume and being only 4 hours away by car.
Good luck and I hope this helps!

I have worked here in LV for 4 years and have noticed that in my comapny(one the big ones mentioned in other answers)an MBA isn't worth much, it's all about who you know. You may have to move here first, as they may not respond to out of state(or country!) resumes. Also, the unskilled jobs can pay quite a bit more than management jobs: dealers, valets, food & beverage make more than all but the very highest levels of management at the large casinos. Those jobs are even harder to get if you don't know someone who can set you up.. Good Luck!
