Which course is better B.TECH[C.S] +MBA DEGREE OR B.B.E [BAC IN BUSINESS ECONOMICS]+MBA {FINANCE}?

If you want to manage a technological business or become an information officer, I'd definitely go with the first. Otherwise, the second is fine, although I generally think only masters degrees should be professional degrees: its always good to have an intellectual base to return to and a CS degree will help you become a better idea person.
