BITS piani goa campus or NITK surathkal?

i have already dropped a year so i wanted to know which should i choose?

NITK surathkal... after all its an govt. institute. and its placement wud b much better... BITS PILANI Goa campus is ok.. bt u gettin Msc. thr so no point.. u cant b certain to get Btech degree nxt year.... if by chance u don perform well thn... don tak ne chance.... n go for NITK surathkal... IT.... its really nic...

If it is BITS pilani go for it, if it is bits goa NIT surathkal is good.
and also IT is good branch,where opportunities are more.
NIT surathkal is in 18th position in top 100 engineering colleges in india.

bits goa does not feature in rankings because it is not a separate institution but is a campus of bits pilani .
secondly u r sure to get BE as a dual the branch dependson ur performance in first year.
