i am asking this question one more time as i need some more opinons.i dont have work experince so i am not confortable going in for an mba though few schools are opfering that to me.So i was thinking if i could undergradution from a good college and then join a job.

If you currently live in the US and are looking at furthering your education here is what you need to do.

1. Have your bachelor's degree from India evaluated. www.ica.org is one good place.
2. I can tell you from working in education your degree will not be equivalent to a US bachelor's degree. But you are very close.
3. DeVry University (NCA Accredited - Regionally) has a transition program specifically for students with a 3 year degree from India. It will allow you to complete your 4 year degree and then transition directly into their master's program (pending grades of course).
