People get sick with headaches and other pains. They take aspirin to make themselves feel better. The popoulation grows and more people get headaches and pains so they take aspirin. As a result the demand for aspirin increases, which means they need to produce more. In orer to produce more they need more employees and they purchase inputs to make the aspirin and that too creates jobs.
