1999 grand jeep chk dual heat settings 1 side puts out heat the other air what could be wrong?

Question: i have the air off but when i turn on the heat on drivers side it is ok but the other side shoots out cold air ,this happens even when both are set at 85 degrees it does have duel settings and i have them at same temp on both sides ,is there a fuse or relay that controls this ? any help out there will be appreciated greatly

the cold air door on the passenger side is not working properly most likely a vacuum problem check passenger floor behind glove box lines can come off of door controller
