Correct use of multiple suffixes: certification, degree, pro designation, honorary degree with titles & name?

Question:
Scenario: John Doe has multiple titles, multiple degrees, multiple certifications, and a professional designation. What is the proper way to list these items his name?

Is the following proper?
The Reverend Sir John Q. Doe III, BS, MBA, REALTOR, PMP, CCNA

I have seen:

Joe Smo, MS, MBA, Ph.D, CPA
Suzan Quickstart, MBA, Realtor, CRI
The Reverend Dr. Babe Ruth, MBA
Jane Doe, BS, MBA, CNA,

Numerous references outline rules for individual items; however I have been unable to get a definitive answer regarding multiple uses. The following is most diverse answer I have found:

Do not use scholastic degrees in combination with complimentary titles of address or with military service ranks, except in the case of "The Reverend." When a name is followed by abbreviations, their sequence is as follows: religious orders first, theological degrees, academic degrees earned in course, and honorary degrees in order of the bestowal. Using more than two degrees is unnecessary.

??
Can't help you with a definitive answer, except to observe that it's a bit pompous to note honorifics "out of context" and I see too many folks stringing together titles just for the sake of puffing-up.

I mean really, do we care that Jane Blow has a BA and a Certificate of Completion from Community College in Home Basketweaving?
