I tried many times to get visa to USA , BUT FAILED TO DO SO ( REJECTED ) !!?

Question: I WENT MANY TIMES TO USA EMBASSY , THEY REFUSED TO GRANT ME A VISA !! IM WELL EDUCATED HAVE MBA DEGREE ,, BUT SOME PEOPLE TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PERMANENT RELATION WITH A GIRL OVER THER , KEEP IN MIND THAT I LIVE IN MIDDLE EAST ,, MY QUESTION IS ( HOW , EITHER TO GET VISA OR HOW DO I GET A WIFE FROM THERE ) ? PLZ HELP IM SERIOUS
