Any good university in USA which accepts 3 year bachelor degree and no work experience for MBA degree program?
Question:
Without work experience you may get a seat but, your GMAT score is very important and if you want to study in US for the sake of free education then I would say it's not for you. Cuz, most of the MBA programmes dont have a financial aid and also loans are for US citizens or permanent residents..
Good university? Probably not. Work experience is a big part of the MBA education. If you never held a real job, then some of the course material won't be as meaningful. Also, the main reason to get a MBA degree is so you can get a job after graduation. Most people have 3-5 years of experience before their MBA and you will have to compete with them for a job. I'm on my company's college recruiting team for finance and we hire both MBA and undergraduate candidates. For MBA level hires, we not just looking to fill the position but also someone we can promote later. No work experience means no track record and therefore not much to talk about during the interview. I suggest you work a few years, save some money, get a promotion or two, then apply to top MBA schools.
