I would expect $125K base +$25K-$75K bonus or so in NYC assuming you have a PharmD (i.e. PhD in pharmacy) and not just a degree in pharmacy. But you will probably be working a lot of hours to start.

Get a management position at a pharmaceutical company and the salary will be much higher.
