Is mba a degree or a diploma?

Question:
difference between mba degree and a pgdbm

Answer:
An MBA is a Master's degree in Business Administration. Obviously. The acronym stands for exactly that. You generally apply for an MBA program after completing a 4 year undergraduate business degree. At least this is how it works in Canada. I have never heard of the other option.
MBA is a degree.

I don't really know the academic difference between the two, but I do know that PGDBM is a one year course while MBA is a two year course. And companies prefer MBA students over PGDBM students, though it may not necessarily be true in every case.
in America, diplomas are ranked lower than degrees. an MBA is a degree and most employers require a degree and not a diploma.
