How Do I Obtain Work Sponsorship?

I currently live in South Africa and have an MBA Degree as well as a Masters in Management Accounting. How do I go about obtaining work sponsorship.

You have to find an employer who will sponsor you. There are typically several ways to go about this:

1. Find a recruiter in your country who can find for you an employer - there's typically fees involved in using this service

2. Find a South African company operating in the US and apply to them and see if they can sponsor you in the US

3. Send your resumes to US-based companies hoping that someone will be impressed with your resume enough to be willing to sponsor you

4. Go to the US as a tourist, and while in the US apply to companies hoping to find a company that will sponsor you before your tourist visa expires -- the advantage of this approach is that companies will no longer worry about getting you in the country for the interview.
