Question:
What's your opinion on these two species of degrees? Clones or completely different animal? I recently got accepted to a respected national MPA and a small local MBA; hence my small dilemma. I have equally solid resumes one both sides (retail management, military, legislative aide). Military is paying for the degree, so cost is not a factor. Based on school visits and talking to people, the running joke is MPA's are good writers who fear technical work, and MBA's are technical but can't write or spell. Agree?

Okay, I too was in the military, earned my BS in Economics and an MBA in Econometrics, and the G.I. bill paid for both. But, I be writin' good and stuff.
