I am going to UCSD and I don't know what to choose between "Management Science" vs "Economics"

Question: Hello my fellow netizens.
I am going to UCSD for Fall 2007 and I want to get MBA degree. I talked to several people and they recommended me to take management science or economics for my major. I don't think there is a business major in UCSD. Can anyone help me choosing the right major? Some people said that I should choose management science as a major, while others said I should go with economics for my major. This is really compex. After undergrad, I will go to grad and get MBA, so I want a major that will most benefit me when I go to grad. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Answer:
Do Management Science. My understanding is that the program is pretty much like Managerial Economics at UC Davis. You'll be taking about as much Econ as an Econ major, but you will do so for management oriented economics.
