I'm in a BioMed program, need to know what 4/yr degree will help further my career? Engineering or Management?

Question:
I'm currently in a AAS Medical instrumentation program. Also, I'm taking classes that transfer for my BAS degree. The problem is I don't know which 4 yr degree will benefit me the most down the road. Electrical engineering or Managment? Engineering requires more classes/more money, but I am good at calculus. Management would be nice if I wish to pursue my MBA in the distant future and requires less hrs. My goals are to start out as BMET at a hospital, learn the ropes and move up to management as quick as possible. I've heard that clinical engineers, are the people in charge of all aspects of hospital technology/equipment. This is the position I'd like to be in.
