i am doing my MBA degree with Magnus School of Business, Mysore , affilitated to the Punjab Technical University. Previously i have done my B.Com and then 2 years study of Philosophy in a religious instituition in Pune. Then i worked as a social worker teaching in the villages. Then i joined IBM-DAKSH, in Mumbai for a change and then thought of persuing an MBA. I am not sure of how to go about in the field of marketing which has more prospects than HRM or Finance. I want to climb the ladder soon and would like to acquire additional knowledge or degree to climb the corporate ladder faster. I am 30 years now. What do you suggest? I am confused not knowing what to do. Please help me on how to plan my career. Thank you.
