I am from Delhi (India)and have two bachelors degrees, one in commerce(B.Comm) and second in Law(LL.B). and I have four year experience in general management. I want to do MBA from US. could anyone guide me what is required other than GMAT score. and please tell which university is cheap and best. and how much is the living cost there.

You will also need transcripts sent from your undergraduate school. Top tier business schools (Harvard, Penn, Stanford, etc.) are going to cost a lot at about $30000+ a year. However, public schools such as UC Berkeley and the University of Michigan would be cheaper.

if neither of your degrees are from an english language college, you will need to take the TOEFL.
Cheap and good usually do not go hand in hand (unless it is a state school and you live in that state, which you do not). You will probably graduate owing $150K-$200K when you are done. So the odds are you are not going to be able to go back to India and work (you wouldn't make enough to pay the loans)
