Hi. I am doing assignment on Accounting. Can you help me with wrting a letter as an Financial Advisor please?

Question:
I am doing an assignment on Financial Accounting. We worked out three scenarios for a Trader, where we worked out The Income-Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Now we have to advice the Trador whether he should take a loan as an Accountant. Word limit is 500. Can anyone help me with writing this professional letter. My email address is: ajshazad@yahoo.co.uk

Answer:
it would totally depend on what the balance sheets said? i don't really understand your advice letter requirements? are you looking at thedifference between company lending and personal lending and justifying your recommendation? please clarify.
Four paragraphs - brief but detailed...

Income Statement - good points of it & what that means to the company, bad points & what that means.
Balance Sheet - same as above.
Cash Flow - same as above.
Conclusion - Whether he should take the loan or not, and why - give evidence from the other 3 things (e.g. no, because your cash flow shows that your business has enough to pay for the upgrades- or whatever).

Hope this helps.
