I just started a new job at a bank as a Financial Advisor. The pay is 100% commission. The problem is...?

Question:
the bank makes you bring over your personal brokerage accounts that are in your name. I trade a lot and have my accounts with a deep discount brokerage firm that I like a lot and have been with for years. Well, the bank I work for, and all broker dealers for that matter, make you bring over your own assets. My bank's trading platform, however, is very expensive and will make it so that I will not be trading due to their high cost. Do you think this is a reason to just say forget this job and find another one, since I just started and it is going to be 100% commission, and I can find another sales job with a high base pay, or should I just bring my accounts over and continue on?

Answer:
I WOULDN'T DO IT AT ALL. IT SOUNDS LIKE EXTORTION TO FORCE YOU TO BRING YOUR ASSETS JUST TO HAVE A JOB. AND AT 100% COMMISSION, TOO.

WALK. YOU CAN DO ALOT BETTER.
I guess you'd need to add up what the fees will cost you to continue trading the way you're used to. And see if you're really comfortable with working only on commision. Sounds like you aren't too crazy about that.
I do not know as to what sort of financial advisor u wud be when u cannot decide about ur own.
