What kind of education do i need in order to become a financial advisor?
Question:
How long it will take also?
Answer:
Technically, you just need to know how to read and write. A financial adviser isn't too much beyond an insurance salesperson. The hardest part is to get a company to sponsor you to take certain tests. However, there are companies like World Financial Group that will sponsor you even if you don't even have a GED or high school diploma.
well you really just need a business-related degree. i'm a marketing major and i have gotten plenty of calls from financial planning firms for an FA position.
I would suggest an accounting or investing back ground. Neither is required, unless your state has certain requirements.
I currently work at a financial aid office and you only need a four year degree to be hired at my office. It can be in any field. Good Luck!!
you have two option
1. MBA in finance as major in finance with ACCA
2. MBA with finace as major and HR as bi major
3. Simple CA
