What else besides the series 65 and 66 would I need to be a financial advisor?

Question:
I'm talking about bare basic neccessities for taking a fee for advising legally. I'm talking about legality and not any particular business plan..

Answer:
Well the necessities would be a series 6, 63, and 65 to be an IAR or Investment Advisor Representative. You can also have the 6, and 66 and qualify. In addition to that you can have a Series 7 which will allow you to deal with individual stocks and commodities. There are also many other test you can take but for just the basic to be an IAR you will need the tests I spoke about at the beginning. Hopefully this answers your question.
