Financial tidy upper?
Question:
Answer:
If your lapsidaisical about financial matters and a lot of people are then I would make sure that you set up a direct debit for any outstanding debts to be paid monthly. That way even if you forget a payment your bank won't and your bills will be paid on time.
Another thing to do is sit down and work out how much you have going out your account each month and no matter what make sure you leave that amount in your account.
Citizen's advice will quite happily help you with your finances if you feel you need help and it is free.
I recommend that you do try and get to grips with your fiances as it is quite easy to fall into serious debt without you knowing about it.
All the best,

I wouldn't have thought so for those kinds of debts. Most people would be happy to have as little debt as yourself - as long as you're comfortable in managng the debt and you're able to make payments when they need paying then you'll be fine
Might I suggest a read of "Your money or your life" by Alvin Hall, which is a really good starting point to think about organising your money.
I wouldn't worry to be honest! You don't sound like you need that much help. £2,000 debt is not a lot in this day in age! I would sit down - write a list of all your income and expenditure then use a calendar to write down dates of when things need to be paid or alternatively set everything up to come out of your account by SO then you never forget to pay things!
Have a look on the www.uswitch.com website - while you are having your financial tidy-up you might aswell see if you can get intrest rates lowered on your debts if you swop companies also see if you can get your utilities cheaper too!
You never know you might end up with more money each month!
Good luck x
You already know the problem, deal with it yourself. You don't need to pay somone for this.
