Of course conspiracies happen within the government. This does that make every conspiracy floated through the channels a reality.
A coworker once stated she believed that cancer rates in the US are rising due to the government spraying something in the air cause cancer. I simply asked what did she base this on. She replied, I just think they are. How rational is that?
