Does anyone know of a reputable financial advisor to assist in lowering credit card debt?

Question: I have $26,000 in credit card debt (I know it is stupid) am still making just amout due payments but losing every month. Is ther a reputable firm who can get the debt reduced to reduce my monthly payments? I am 68 years old with Pakinson's and heart disease so I cannot work.
