Do financial advisors get paid by salary plus commission or paid per hour? can they easily move to management?

Question:
do they get paid salary(and commission) or by the hour? can they go into management easily?

Answer:
It depends on the structure of the company. Financial advisors can be employees of a company and get paid an annual salary, they can be free lance or self employed, or they can be solely commission.

Some advisors get a draw against commissions, meaning the company pays you a salary, but that is netted against your commissions and you only get paid above and beyond what you already received from your draw.
I'm not sure. I know that Learntosucceed.biz is very helpful.
