How can I get banks to list their foreclosures with me, a Realtor?

Question:
I am looking to list bnk foreclosures in northwest Ohio.
try REONETWORK.com
This is something I have been telling my agents for years. Contact the bank and find the person in charge of the REO dept. Than just ask them. If you don't ask the answer is already NO.

Good Luck,
Yes, call the lender and find someone in the REO (Real Estate Owned) department who hanldes your state/area. They can contact you soon after confirmation of the sheriff sale of any foreclosed properties, and ask you to list it.

Be aware that some former homeowners take advantage of the free room and end up doing a lot of damage to the properties, so you may have some rehab properties on your hands. But extra listings for any houses in any conditions is better than fewer listings.

You can call the local banks and see if they have anything, but your best bet would be to call nationwide lenders who do a lot of mortgage lending/servicing. Try Chase, Countrywide, Option One, Select Portfolio Servicing, Ameriquest Mortgage, etc.

Good luck.
