If you have no $$$$$$$$ you have to get financing. And don't forget most forclosures are mrtgaged to the hilt so they are not some kinda bargain basement deal.
1. look in your local newspaper
2. go to your local court house
They have to be made public in one form or another & yes - you can really do this,,,just beware you could very well be buying a big pile of crap.
