How can i find foreclosure houses on the market in my area?

Question:

Answer:
The best place to find a list of homes that are entering foreclosure (Notice Of Default - NOD) has been served is to check the county records where the notices are filed. Some of the time the county will be online. A local title company will get the info after a slight delay so you can get the information from a title company if you do not mind a slight delay.

There are web services but they are normally a bit more stale so you will behind the investors who work with the info closer to the source.
try doing a search in any of the major search engines. if you just type it in a billion come up. also check with your local banks and down at the courthouse they should have auctions listings.
I would recommend visiting:
http://scbuyshouses.com/forms/customform...

They can help you with lead generation but most importantly..they can help you with how to acquire them with Zero Liability, Zero Cost and Zero Risk to you and your credit. Finding the leads is the easy part...knowing what to do with them is the difference between a paycheck..and a Really Fat Paycheck.
Hmmm. It depends what your area is. You can try a national site. I always find those rather useful.

Try http://www.foreclosed-homes.us
