What is the best Premium (Pay) Real Estate foreclosure Site??

Question:
What is the best site, with the most recent listings??
thanks,

Answer:
I wouldn't subscribe to ANY foreclosure website. The information is often inaccurate, i.e., they name the wrong trustee, they show the unpaid principal balance as being the opening bid when interest, late charges, and costs incurred during the default period will be added, and they're never updated when the foreclosure is cancelled (my biggest pet peeve). Most firms that handle foreclosures have their own websites that they keep updated. Try searching "foreclosure trustees" to find these websites, or check with a local title company to find out who does foreclosures in your area.
None. Most are scams and you can find the information for free. Are you looking to participate in auctions? Then look around for your local auctioneer and/or town clerks office (or local paper). If you are thinking about bidding in an auction, you better know very well what you are doing. Bank owned homes are a safer bet and you can ask your local bank for listings or try through Countrywide Foreclosures website (largest lender in the country). My advice is to not buy yet and wait, as prices are still too high even for foreclosures.
www.foreclosures.com

they are out of sacramento, ca and give you updated NOD's and trustee sales the day they are filed. The site owners are actually investors with 20+ years of experience.
