How do I find a realtor that specializes in foreclosures?

Question:
Just wondering

Answer:
Try the yellow pages first. If you don't see anyone advertising that they specialize in foreclosures, your local paper probably runs a HUD foreclosure listing at least once a week, and there should be at least one agent's name advertising there. Family, friends, or coworkers may know one. If none of those work, call any real estate agent and ask if they can recommend an agent that works with foreclosed homes.
