I have a foreclosure pending im already in chapter 13 can i file chapter 13 again for foreclosure?

Question:
can i redue chapter 13 for foreclosure to stop

Answer:
Probably not, but you need to see a bankruptcy attorney to explore any options you do have available.
I don't think so...I think you're only allowed to file bankruptcy 1 time in 7 years. Why don't you consult the attorney who is filing your chapter 13
talk to your lawer. be better off asking him/her then here.
You can add the foreclosure to the Chapter 13 amendment to your filing...do it soon to get the protection. Contact your lawyer ASAP.
You should be able to reopen your chapter 13 and add your home to it. Contact your lawyer A.S.A.P.
No you cannot file again. If you have not been discharged yet, you may be able to add your house to the bankruptcy. Talk to you attorney immediately.
