The information says they give me $3,000.00 for re-location expenses, deposit on new place and storage rentals.
the policy is $10 monthly. My neighor has had it since 2003
Is this real ? my agent never heard of it. the bbb isnt familiar with it - but the chamber says they ARE familiar with it and have heard no complaints.

I have heard this several times, but BE VERY CAREFUL, it could be a scam. I have someone who did that to one of my clients and she found out he was a scam. Contact the foreclosure attorney about that. Also, contact HUD and they will be able to assist you as well.
This is something I've never heard of but could be something new. Somewhat similar to gap insurance when you buy a vehicles and you pay an extra charge in case when you want to trade and your present vehicle isn't worth enough to cover the loan in other words your upside down.
