I already know about foreclosure.net or com, i already know about mls system and city sheriff's auctions...what others sources are there to find cheap condo's and houses at below market prices...your input will be appreciated

Well, below market value is your key phrase here. There are a couple other sites out there to check out.

Other than that, the Sheriff sales are truly your best bargin if you have the time to deal with them.

Try foreclosure service company investor network. As I heard they provide very useful sources and services for you.

http://www.emailforeclosures.com... has them from hud, wells fargo, fannie, freddie, sallie, hmb and many more sources. best of all, they don't charge and it's not a trial.
