What is the best way to find Foreclosure properties in NY, NJ and PA ?

Question:
I have tryed some web sites but it was a bad experience.

Answer:
Find a buyer's agent who works with them as a regular thing. They'll know - and should already pay for - the effective lists. The ones that are fresh from the courthouse that day.

In some states, buyer's agents are legally prevented from representing buyers who do not intend to occupy properties with a Notice of Default recorded.

Once the bank owns them, everybody knows about them.

Nor are foreclosures necessarily for the first time buyer. There are a lot of issues. You really want a good buyer's agent on your side if you can get one.

Usually free service doesn't provide you with good information or list. As I heard these days joining investor network gives you real and actual information even though you have to pay for it a little bit of money. But if you can get a good deal then it will be worth to try, I think.
