Yikes. I would think that after declaring bankruptcy you'd be hard pressed to get a loan. Even after getting the loan, I don't know what the legal ramifications would be in terms of paying off debts. I heard somewhere that during the bankruptcy process you are discouraged from taking on new debt.
I would speak to your lawyer about what to do.
Even if you could get one, which would be difficult, why would you?
Debt is probably what got you into this mess.
And if you look at it from the other side, why would anybody loan you money when you screwed the last people that loaned you money?
Sounds more like you didn't learn any lessons from your bankruptcy and are already working on the next one.
