Not sure what type of foreclosure you're looking for but here are two sources for mobile home repos.
www.vmfrepos.com
and the number for Greentree in North Carolina is: 800-662-7751 they can probably give you a number for another state if you called.
The best source is the place where the notices are filed. That is the county records. Everything after than is delayed by the amount of time it takes to circulate. The county records are free but not all counties are online.
Other sources that are free tend to be time delayed. It cost money to collect the info from the county so if they are giving it away they have to make it up some other way.
Title companies can provide lists if they think you will do business with them later.
