Voluntary Surrender or Foreclosure repossession wich one its better ?

Question:
I have this in my credit report .I voluntary giveback my house to the bank now in my credit report show as 180 days late but credit report dosnt know if si voluntary surrender or repossesion .wich one can I choise? or what to do

Answer:
volunteer because it shows you are admitting a mistake. That is much better than having your home forcefully taken away. This way in the future it proves you owned up to your mistake and have learned a great deal from it. It will make it much easier in the future to get credit and be trusted again.
Never go down without fighting tooth and nail.
As a former banker, lender to be exact, they are both equally bad. One is no better than the other.
if it fell 180 days past due it will report that way even after the foreclosure/voluntary surrender.neither is a good thing to have on your bureau put valuntary isn't quite as bad due to rather than having them take it you elected to admit you were in trouble and couldn't maintain the payments
