Answer:
The only way for valid foreclosure to come off your credit report is for time to pass. You need to wait 7 years before it will stop showing on your credit report.
The foreclosure will continue to show up if the lender checks the public records. Hence it does not go away ever. Most lenders will not be concerned after X months or years with the score being more important.
Credit can not be cleaned.
The only things that can be removed fro your credit report are things that are no true.
I quote from the Consumer Action Handbook 2007 edition, " Credit repair companies advertise they can erase bad credit for a hefty fee. Don't believe it."
