Where can I find free public records of recent foreclosures in my area? Library, banks, courthouse?

Question:
I'm looking to find some real estate at a deal. I know there are some listings in the newspapers but is there a better place to look?

Answer:
I receive an email list weekly from one of my local title companies. It covers up to 4 counties. Call your local ones and ask to get on their lists. It's free.
county Court house, hang out listen you will get a feel on how to do research, maybe even try and befriend a county clerk to see if they will help you
That is very valuable information...but I can get it in about 20 minutes but if I do I want to ask for your help.I am currently looking to bring in some savvy people to become Loan officers for Aapex Mortgage...can you email me and I will find that information for you and include the link to where you can look it up for your self if that sounds like a start my email is Aapexmortgageloans@yahoo.com Our company does busines in 28 states and there maybe a way that if you know people that are looking to buy houses you could buy the house at the auction mark it up and then help the people obtain financing and make the commission yourself...
Ask around at different banks in your area. The banks are the owners of foreclosure properties so they are the best places to look. A good, proactive realtor should be able to find foreclosures for you. Mine did!

Just ignore those advertisements for access to foreclosure listings. They charge you a fee.
