Yes but they will take a lot of fees such as Administrative fees legal fees. And any other fee they can think of and then send you a check. Also they may add interest and penalty's.

Call the foreclosure attorney and see if there was surplus. If there was a JR mortgage they get the surplus. Apparently there has been a ruling on the defendant obtaining surplus in Md. please see below.
