Question:
and credit and me on the loan documents. She added me to the title or deed to the house as joint tenats with equal rights to survivorship. What is my value to the ownership of the property?

Answer:
I would say half unless you can prove a larger percentage of the money put forth was yours.
50% or what you paid in to it, depending on the judge and how long you were together or how long you were on the deed.
If you are on title as Joint Tenants, the property is equally 50%, yours as well as the debt on the property.
