As a realtor, how can I get banks to allow me to be the realtor that sells their foreclosures?

Most banks will only allow very experienced brokers to list their foreclosures. However, some places offer the next best thing. I signed up with http://www.emailforeclosures.com/adverti... and they display my name and contact info for their foreclosed homes. Buyers then contact me to get more information and make offers.
You would have to check with each banking establishment and get the information from them. Mortgage companies, banks, and states all may have different requirements.
You will need to forward to the bank your track records and reasons why they should "work" with you.
