How much time do I have to move once my home has been up for sale or been auctioned off due to foreclosure?

Question:

Technically is the bank has your home for sale or has already auctioned it off, you no longer have the right to legally reside in the residence at all. I would say you should have moved out yesterday.
Well, you have until the sheriff shows up and throws you out. I would save myself the further embarrassment and move on my own. You already know you have to be out, and you have known for a long time. (since you stopped paying the mortgage). Find a place asap, and move. Best case you may get 30 days out of this situation.
