Foreclosures?

Question:
Where can I find a real webpage where I don't have to enter all my info or pay or go through a million offers to get a look at forclosed homes in my area?

Answer:
I look around on:

http://www.investingwithoutlosing.com...

It's a collection of links that point to tax auctions, foreclosure deeds, etc. I learned about it when I bought their book but the site is accessible without having to sign up. I'll reference the book below.
Dont know. Go look around trailer parks and see if any trailers look unkept.oh wait...there all unkept.

Sorry dunno
Many of your local banks are the ones that get stuck with the foreclosures. They generally have lists of foreclosures for free it you ask nicely. It is very expensive to keep homes on their lists and they are more that happy to help you buy one of their homes. They will usually help with loans etc. and most of the homes that they have will be in your own area. Y
you can go to city and county web sites to look for tax lien properties and those sites are free.
Check your county assessor's office if it is on line and check with the county clerk to see if any are going through tax liens.
Try your county websites. Those are the ones that aren't trying to make money from publising the public records data, and a lot of the paid sites grab some of their data from your local county website.

The best place to try is the county sheriff's department, since they are the ones that conduct the sales, in most instances. Many of them have lists of upcoming sheriff sales, or you can call them for an updated list.

That'll help you avoid entering your personal info just to view properties that are in foreclosure. Most of the paid sites' information may be out of date or useless, anyway, if the homeowners have already moved out. You might as well use the free county websites online to get started and then pay for a site if you find you need more information than the counties will provide you with.

Good luck.
